HOW IT WORKS

Bacopa monnieri: This plant improves memory formation and speeds up recall, make learning faster and easier, enhance clarity of thought, and augment overall brain function. It is also believed to act as a brain protectant, and studies show that it has potential as a treatment for dementia.

Bacopa has also been shown to have significant anxiolytic or anti-anxiety effects, producing a feeling of calmness and tranquility and reducing feelings of stress. It is an excellent relaxant and can improve the quality of sleep, so they wake feeling rested and refreshed.

Convolvulus pluricaulis: The plant is reported to be a prominent memory improving drug. It is used as a tranquilizer. It is reported to reduce mental tension. The herb induces a feeling of calm and peace, good sleep and a relief in anxiety, stresses, mental fatigue, producing a significant reduction in the level of anxiety, neuroticism arising due to various levels of stresses. The herb appears to produce its action by modulation of neuro-chemistry of the brain.

Centella asiatica: This plant was described in various scientific studies and published papers to possess central nervous system effects like stimulatory-nervine tonic, rejuvenate, sedative, tranquilizer and intelligence promoting property. It has been traditionally used as a sedative agent in many Eastern cultures; the effect was postulated mainly due to the brahmoside and brahminoside constituents present in Centella asiatica.
